The entries on this blog are written and maintained by Rob and Dominic Agnelli.
Holding a Masters of Statistics degree from NC State and an MA in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary (concentration in moral theology), Rob passionately teaches the Faith and how it intersects with both reason and science. Through his apostolate of teaching, he loves to spread the joy of the Catholic Faith especially through Campus Ministry at his alma mater, NC State.
Rob has published articles in a number of Catholic publications including The Homiletic and Pastoral Review, The New Oxford Review, the National Catholic Bioethics Center’s Ethics and Medics, and First Things’ On the Square. In addition to maintaining this blog, he also is a regular guest on the Saints in the Making show on Divine Mercy Radio.
Dominic enjoys writing and reading about philosophy and theology. He especially enjoys seeing how many philosophical and theological issues play out in culture and politics. In addition to writing on this blog, he loves to discuss the Faith with others. Unfortunately, he is a stickler for definitions.
Rob, are you familiar with “The Didache” and wouldn’t people who call themselves a Christian have to follow the teachings of Jesus with regard to abortion and sexual behavior?
Yes, the Didache does give us a very good idea of what Jesus left the Apostles by way of moral teachings, especially abortion and sexual behavior. To be faithful to His teachings we should definitely accept everything in the Didache as true and part of Christian belief from the beginning.
